Actually, the external part of the flashlight does not contain lead. Because we sell products all of the world. So there is wrong identification on package by mistake. We can assure that it is completely safe and nontoxic. Best Regards! **Q: Do these come in a retail display box?** A: No. They came in a packing box only. **Q: Are these anodised aluminium?** A: Yes, they are lightweight and fairly bright, They take 3 AAA batteries each which were included. **Q: how long do the batterys last aprox?** A: I bought them Sept/Oct 18 and used them once for a kids treasure hunt in the dark. All but one torch worked as required.
