No need for pictures, there's plenty already. The parts I received not only work perfect, they fit perfect. Mine looks just like the picture posted on the product page, 8 holes for hooking on to and 4 angled slots for mouting. So why do so many reviewers pictures look so different. Older versions. If you look at all the pictures, there is at least 4 versions of this product. The ones with plain mounting holes would be prone to not fitting properly. The newer ones have angular slots that allow for adjustment would fit better, and clearly they've also made the slots larger as they now need washers. I think they may have also not clearly identified the vehicles it fits on, as they've recently listed two products for different year models and listed the actual years instead of using 'thru'. I can't guarantee all the issues have been fixed. But returns are easy if it doesn't fit your truck or is defective, this is my general take on the product. This item came with the torx bit you need, remove 4 screws from the old unit and barely start the screws on the new one until all 4 are installed. I used the old screws with their washers because the originals had tapered ends for easy alignment and I have a special bed insert that hides the holes. Once all are started, tighten well. Took less than 10 minutes total. So the install is very easy. The strap and assembly is appears well built, the mounting plate is thick solid steel with powder coat finish so it's long lasting protection. The ratchet action is solid, the strap is good and the spring action works fine. Overall a great look and easy to operate. I'll try to add pictures later when I get a chance.

Perfect fit, works as it should, heavy duty.

Haven't used it extensively but it did not hold up very well. It is heavy duty except for one important part. Now they are garbage.

UPDATE: seller contacted me after seeing this review and offered to make it right. I just wanted mounting screws which never shipped with the original packaging. They sent me a whole new set, which looked like a new and improved set with two mounting points instead of one. Don’t know why I didn’t just get that set in the first place. The self tapping mounting screws they actually sent this time, worked beautifully on my f150(23 lightning). With the problems resolved it is a very convenient and cool set up for permanently mounted straps in the car. Garbage. Does not come with mounting screws. Single screw is point of failure. Garbage garbage garbage.

Easy to install. Worked as advertised.

Updated: 07/ 2025 to 5 Stars The manufacture was very concerned & proactive with my concerns & suggestions. Honestly they not only listened but they implemented all my suggestions in new revised version. It now fits my 2019 F150 Platinum in any direction I choose. It has been reenforced for better duty rating & safer usage IMO. I wouldn't hesitate to purchase from this manufacturer again knowing their extremely good customer Service standards. Not one excuse just an offer to make it better even genuinely thanking me for my suggestions. I may update again if something changes or when I have more time. Thanks for caring CS Hifybaty Original 1 star review DOES NOT FIT 2019 F-150 PLATINUM fully loaded WITHOUT MODIFICATION Initially impressed with these retractable ratchet straps, I've had to completely revise my review after attempting full installation. These simply do not fit my 2019 F-150 Platinum w/ factory Boxlinks as advertised: - When installing handle-down (as intended), there's a metal piece that blocks installation and hits the truck bed as shown in pic - When trying handle-up, the holes don't align correctly most likely cause by the one oval hole in factory ones. - The included bolts don't thread nearly as well as factory BoxLinks - The straps arrived with finish damage - only one bolt holds the ratchet to the mounting plate on this one while the replacement one I installed has two bolts holding ratchet housing to mounting plate. This design would be more durable IMO. After looking at many videos of similar products, I've noticed the protruding metal piece isn't present on others. This appears to be a design flaw specific to this product. The only way to make these work would be to modify the mounting plate (top right hole) for handle-up orientation, which shouldn't be necessary for a "direct fit" product. On the positive side, the retraction mechanism and build quality of the straps themselves seem good. However, these benefits are meaningless when the product requires modification to install. Save yourself the frustration and look elsewhere if you have a Platinum trim F-150. I did order another brand that installed perfectly so it's not my truck. The new one is designed to mount in all 4 directions.

These are great to have in our Ford F150. Worked great for tying different things down in the truck bed so they don’t roll around.

Passt super, bisher erst zweimal genutzt, scheint aber stabil zu sein. Material ist sehr schwer und die aufrollfunktion ist top!
