Is the hot Really hot or just spicy?

The hot is REALLY HOT!!! it’s not just spicy like a lot of others. Even the medium is hotter then most other brands of chiles are.

what type of salt ? sea salt now is testing positive for plastics

The salt is normal table salt, not sea salt. The lime juice is fresh lime juice, and the garlic is granulated.

Can you freeze after opening?

Yes, but I would transfer to another container or make sure there is at least 1 inch from the top since food expands when freezing and can easily break a glass jar.

this vs 505 flame roasted green?

The 505 only comes in medium heat. I think it is better with a bit of heat to it.
