 LOVE this set. So versatile and takes up barely any room. It truly is like having a portable home gym. The door anchor is what makes these bands so awesome. Great quality, and I love that the bands are 10, 20, 30, 40, and 50 lbs, which is more than most other sets. Love that you can stack them for up to 150 lbs of resistance!

I have bought many resistance bands over the years but have never been overly happy with them. They always fall apart after a few used. First off when you get this in your hand the box is heavy. The first thing I noticed was the great waterproof bag all the gear comes in. Most other brands don't include a bag at all. With the stackable exercise bands you can mix and match to achieve a resistance level equivalent to up to 100 lbs. of weight! The set includes cushioned handles, ankle straps and a door anchor so you can modify your movements to get a full body workout. I actually am on the road 4 to 5 days a week from sunup to sunset. I use this set on the road and get great workouts. I am super impressed with the overall quality of this set. Everything screams heavy duty! One of the best things is the weight level of the resistance bands are listed right on the bads. Other brands you have to remember what color equals what weight. How inconvenient is that!Overall I can not say enough that this truly is the best set of resistance bands I have ever had my hands on. ### ⭐⭐⭐⭐⭐ Best weight range and very durable!

Perfect set of bands to use at home and at the gym! I love this particular set because the resistance is higher than most other sets (10,20,30,40,&50 lbs). The bands are very well made and should last a long time. The handles are strong and don't cave in while in use. I'm more of a weightlifter but the bands definitely have a place in my schedule, mostly for burnouts after working a certain muscle group. I'd also like to menchion the ankle cuffs, they are very durable and comfortable while I'm doing kickbacks on the cable machine. I hate searching for bands and cuffs at the gym, having my own set is so much better! Have already recommended these to a co worker and she ordered a set!
