Review: Thick and dark with a wonderful taste. - This is a wonderful honey. Please see photos It is very dark and rich, with a most pleasant distinctive smell. We have never known the Black Forest Honeydew Honey to crystallise in the jar, it has always remained as liquid at the end as it was at at the start. With it having such a thick texture it is lovely to just eat from a spoon, being aware that many nutrients in honey can be destroyed at higher temperatures. It does spread easily, my wife preferring it spread over her toast. It is not overly sweet. Pure, unheated and not processed, everything you would want from a honey at a very good price. Very much recommended, most enjoyable.
