There is, however, so much noise it hard to evaluate and decide what supplements are worth the risk and money."Body Sculpting Bibles Sport Supplement Reference Guide" provides and organized view of the most common supplements. I like this book so much I own it in Kindle and paper edition (I own only sever paper books).  The summery for each supplement includes the supposed effect and the evidence for this claim.This book is key to distinguish the good the bad and the ugly in the supplement market.
