MERACH Ab Machine, Ab Workout Equipment, Adjustable Ab Trainer Machine

I have just bought this machine 2 weeks ago, putting it together was no hassle EXCEPT for one thing. There are two screws that have been prescrewed to the area where your knees rest. Foam was almost impossible to pull back to get the screws out just to have to pull the foam back again to screw it onto the slider. That was a workout in itself but in other words everything else was easy to put together. There were no missing parts at all, maybe people might've misread the instructions and thought they were missing screws but no... It's that difficult prescrewed area that catches people off guard but the instructions make it very clear that the two of them are already prescrewed and where they are located. I don't believe it's supposed to be some fancy shmancy machine so it does exactly what it's meant to do, I believe the value of my money was well spent. I suggest working out on hard woods floors rather carpet, while working out my little rubber feet on the machine slid off on carpet so I just use it on my hardwood floors. Some people complained about the sturdiness due to loose screws... Not quite sure why they have that problem but mine is pretty secured and doesn't wobble or anything. I got the black and blue one, I like the appearance of it and I can store it anywhere (I live in a one bedroom). If your looking for something over the top, this is not it but if your looking for something simple and that works out your glutes, abs and shapes your body? Then I recommend this machine especially if it's been awhile since you have worked out.

Very excited as well as pleased with this purchase. Just set it up and completed 10 reps. Definitely effective. Extremely easy to set up, directions are clear and straight forward. I’m 5’1, I set it on lowest height to start off and it is comfortable. I love that I will be able to fold and put away in another room when not in use, yes it is portable and not heavy. I find the stability spot on. Again, just in the beginning stages of daily use. Starting off at 3 sets of 10 reps. I can feel the burn in my abdominal area now as I’m writing this review. Will update with progress. Packaging was excellent and all my bolts and washers were packaged. The counter is nice to see progress.
