The product works as intended but there are a few things others should know before purchasing. PROS- lights are bright, good variety of colors, exactly what I was looking for CONS- adhesive is absolutely terrible. You can fold it on itself and it would still come apart. The power cable that comes with it is very short. It is intended to be mounted in your 12v socket so I understand that at least. The wires inside are also VERY thin. If you are considering hard wiring this unit, another reviewer did a good job of describing the process.
