Magic: The Gathering Tarkir: Dragonstorm Commander Deck - Jeskai Striker

Ooof. This is actually a really good deck. Especially with upgrades. Right out the box you'll be slinging spells like a mad man. This deck can get so complicated when playing it even stock. There is so much interaction that pretty much every game you play with it you'll be doing work, which is my favorite part of this deck. I suck at MTG and most of the decks i have are reeeaaally slow. usually just trying to put big boiz on the field. This deck has you making moves as early as turn one in some cases. Turn two you're doing stuff like 75-80% of the time. By doing stuff I mean just making general plays instead of sitting and waiting for mana to build so you can THEN do stuff ( looking at you forces of the imperium >:( ). Turn one sol ring with this deck can put you WAY up to 2 turns ahead of your opponents. With upgrades this deck is just NASTEH. i can't believe it's so cheap now. This deck, Jumpscare and Tricky Terrain are THE best precons i have ever played.

Excellent deck for price. I won a commander game night with everyone running precons. Aesthetically the idea of double spell casting is great. There are a few crazy pay off cards for that. Even as a new player myself, you can see some cards can easily be replaced by whatever you wanna put in. And there are plenty of videos online for suggested replacements. If you’re lookin for extra lower power decks for chill games or a place to start with deck building, highly recommend

The Tarkir: Dragonstorm decks have been my favorites. Came in great shape and in the perfect amount of time! Very much worth the money for any dragon players or people who like decks that multiply!

This deck was a lot of fun to pilot and upgrade. It’s become a bracket 4 deck and my pod definitely don’t like playing against it.

It’s okay out of the box, just another Jeskai “spells matter” type which seems to be all Jeskai ever is in pre-cons lately. Will of Jeskai is great and the commanders are fun. It’s just… meh. For the price is still worth it for the collection.

This deck is just as fun and well-built as the others in the set. The playstyle feels smooth and engaging, with solid synergy right out of the box. I’ve been really impressed with how balanced and enjoyable it is to play. Like the others, it made me want to grab more from the same release. Definitely a great pickup for any MTG player.

Got this to teach my wife magic. Much easier than the new Blight Curse was to wrap her head around. Mostly every card seems to benefit your commanders flurry ability in some way which made strategizing for her as a new player straightforward without feeling too predictable or weak. Although it isn't the strongest deck out of the box, you will still put up competition against other precons and can probably punch up to low-mid bracket three with limited success. For what you get you really can't beat the price, and for like $20-50 in card upgrades and some educated cuts you can make this deck even more synergistic and feel better to play
