Their products are really the best. Example: Their tree armatures bend; others break. Their grass looks a natural green (and other colors); others look like monkey vomit or pea soup gone bad a week ago. Their foliage materials look and feel right; others make stuff that just does not look as good nor does it "take" to the landscape as well. Others do not make products like Latex for modeling rocks or grasses for modeling wheat or hay or tall grasses. They do. After a while, you find a company that does it all and does it well and - if you are lucky enough to find them - you then decide to stick with them. I am at that stage with Woodland Scenics. **Q: Do they have to be on that base thing?**
A: I think you could probably use the items that come in the kit on your own thing. We had some of the stuff left over and we've used it on other school projects.

A: Yes you can. Go to their site they do have lots of info, including how to make a waterfall.

**Q: What exact items come with this kit? I can't find a description of what it includes.**
A: It includes the glue and the mixing kit and paints, water and rocks. You provide the newspaper and base to build it on

**Q: Does it come with the stuff to make the water?**
A: Yes the set includes everything except for the base. Which you can use a cardboard box as a base. Don’t fall for the overpriced glorified base on here or at a crafters store
