Super Light Weight: GrowGrips weigh less than one gram each, lighter than all other grow plugs. Compared to a 2″ net pot with gravel, they are 50 times lighter. I was looking for net pots and some sort of inexpensive solution to hold the plants in place in my hydroponics and I came across this product while searching. I only orderd 25 to test and I am SOOOO impressed. Clean and easy to use. I took two plastic totes that I use for lettuce and drilled some 1 7/8" holes in the lid. These fit perfectly. They hold the lettuce plants firmly. No mess, no washing media, just pop in and use.
