I have tied 5 different products and none have changed the color of my teeth one bit. This is a two step process. The first step you brush on and it tastes okay but it is rather drying. Then you do not rinse before you apply the second step. My teeth feel clean enough but after 8 weeks there was no change. I continued but after another 6 weeks I went back to Sensodyne Whitening. A bit more pricey than regular toothpastes but worth every penny for removing tarter and whitening teeth. I also have sensitivity issues but this toothpaste and polish don't bother me.
