However, they hang off the circular base freely. To be flush mounted it will need to be screwed to the ceiling and is not pre fabricated to do so. It is an appealing fixture and I’ll be happy with it once I make my own adjustments. For the price, I feel is should have had pre drilled holes and screws for the metal bar to be installed flush with the ceiling.
