I’ve been trying to be more consistent with my health, and this made it easier because it combines multiple supplements I was already planning to take. Well, I procrastinated way too long. I was told about sea moss and all of the ingredients in this supplement. The first two days of taking this sea moss, my body must have been so depleted of the vitamins and minerals that this product has to offer because the first two days about a half an hour later after taking them I could feel something and trust me it was not the placebo effect! I didn't even think about it, I just took them. However now 3 weeks into taking this supplement, my body has had time to acclimate and build levels that are very very beneficial. The cobwebs in my brain are no longer, I have better cognitive and mental clarity. I can focus for longer times and not to mention before taking this supplement I was completely out of whack as far as my body is concerned and my gut health is on par now the ingredients are over 19,000 100 mg of black seed oil, black pepper, vitamin K Vitamin B's whack bladder, also there is other stuff in here that help my mood, it's easy to use, for those of us that have a hard time opening bottles sometimes? Anybody can open this bottle. It's not going to give you any problems, in fact this year I'm turning 49 and actually at the end of this month April 24th so it's never too late to get your body straight! I used to take a multivitamin everyday and it did not do a thing! So, it was easy to forget to take it because, truth be told a multivitamin just doesn't do it for me I mean the amount of things that were in the multivitamin was a good list of synthetic made nutrients, vitamins minerals Etc. Please, give this supplement a try! You will not regret it I promise! And no I don't work for the company in fact it's the other way around.
