Does this contain added folic acid?

If it did, it would have to be listed as an ingredient. It is not. Look at the other views of the packaging and see for yourself!

Is this self rising flour ?

No...It will say Self Rising on the bag. I have had a difficult time finding it lately. You can make self-rising flour using All Purpose. Google a recipe for Self-Rising Flour. :)

Anyone know the protein level of this flour? i think ka’s is about 11%. not sure what this is. thanks!
