OMG, this caboodle is so cute! It instantly brought me back in time. I got it for my 6-year-old niece, who’s a super creative little makeup artist she loves everything about the ritual of makeup, from applying it to organizing, carrying, and displaying. This case was the perfect choice for her. The quality is strong and really impressed me. The color is beautiful with a smooth finish, and the size is just right I almost went with the mini, but this one fits all her makeup and accessories perfectly. There’s no strong manufacturing smell, which is a huge plus, and it travels really well. Honestly, it feels like it was made for creative minds. I love it so much, I even thought about getting one for myself!

I'm a sucker for 90s nostalgia so when I needed a new toiletry organizer this seemed perfect. My old makeup bag is done for. I had a foundation and a serum leak and got the bag and everything inside it greasy and covered in makeup. I decided it was time for a new way to organize my personal care items. I got the silver twilight disco color because they were having a sale on that color. It is prettier in person. The silver color is nice and shimmery. The case itself seems sturdy and arrived perfect with no scratches or flaws. It fits all of my daily toiletries nicely. I like that it comes with a mirror inside and a little removable tray for small items. It is perfect for eyeliners, tweezers, and things like that. I can't stand my products up inside but I find that it keeps my products more stable and less likely to jostle around inside and leak, than a cosmetics bag. Because it is hard plastic, it seems easier to clean if there ever is a leak. So far, it is the perfect solution for my cosmetics storage. I may update if anything happens to it, but so far I am happy with my Caboodle.

This is the perfect Caboodle. I had one when I was young for craft storage, so it was only right to get one for my daughter. They are seriously tough, lightweight but heavy duty, has the perfect amount of storage, with space to fit even more than you need! We're using it for a hair accessories box and the mirror is a perfect touch. You can use it for just about anything. The functionality of this little box is superb and helps sooo much with organizing.

I have three of these large size Caboodles: one for my makeup, one for my kid's hair stuff, and one for whatever craft I'm currently working on. I also have a medium sized one for more makeup. They are a cute and classic way to organize. You can leave them on display and they just look like cute room decor. They are also durable and reliable. Small nitpicky thing: I wish the mirrors were attached better. But if they do eventually detach at least it would be easy enough to fix. To be fair, none have had an issue yet. But yeah, considering the audience using these, I kind of feel like they would have been safer just using a plastic mirror rather than a real glass one. Something to keep in mind if you are using these to organize your kids toys. You may just want to remove the mirror if it is intended to be used unsupervised since they do seem fragile. Everything else about it is very kid friendly.

My aunt has used Caboodles for years, but where we live, plastic breaks down. Some of the latches have broken off on her old ones, so she found this beautiful caboodle here on Amazon at a fantastic price! This one is a vibrant rich purple infused with glitter. It is made out of high gloss plastic and has a clear handle. The interior is a matte purple plastic with glitter as well. It has an upper tier with a compartment on the left that can fit brushes, mascara or lipsticks. The larger compartment has a flip-up mirror with a removable tray and a larger section for makeup. The main portion below the upper tier has lits of space for makeup or whatever you use the caboodle for. You can use this caboodle for crafts or art supplies or just about anything. My aunt uses her Caboodles for makeup, hair barrettes, jewelry-making supplies and even as a jewelry box. So it’s very useful. The only problem is the mirror. It’s not adjustable like the old Caboodles and it’s not as large. So the mirror is not easy to use because it is not at the right angle if you put the Caboodle in your lap. If you set it on a table, the table has to be at the right height to see yourself in the mirror. So she uses this Caboodle for art supplies instead of makeup.

Brings me back to my 90's childhood - I loved my Caboodles!! - I was able to gift this to my 10yo niece for Christmas, who was using her nightstand drawer for random things. And even though there was zero nostalgia for her like there was for me, she really loved this. I filled it with hair accessories, some "smell goods", and other girly items for a 10yo - plenty of space in there. She liked that it is like her dad's fishing tackle box, LOL, but with "mermaid" colors, which I knew she'd love. I told her to be gentle with the drawers, and not pull on the levels too much, as it's not super durable - but will last a long time if she's patient when opening it up. (Mine from the 90's is still in perfect condition, almost same colors, but the new ones are a little thinner/lighter than the originals.) This is a great gift for any little girl (or an adult, who am I kidding) that needs some storage for their stuff, or for yourself... because it is cute and functional!

Holds a ton of stuff! I went from 4 separate makeup bags down to this! The colors are great and very nostalgic. There is no plastic odor or weird smell. The case is sturdy and well made. The closure is great as well, making it very travel friendly. The materials used are sturdy and efficient, although be aware the mirror is just held in with a foam sticker.

Based on other reviews, I was worried about the possibility of my Caboodle getting broken during shipping. Thankfully it arrived on time and in perfect condition. The materials aren't as sturdy as the ones used for Caboodle's from the 80's/90's, but that doesn't bother me.

I had to return the product since it was used, it had makeup stains (like foundation and eyeliner) inside. Other than that, it would have been in great condition.

Exactly as I remembered it, but in a far better color than the pastels that used to be all the rage when I was younger. Sturdy and definitely nostalgic, it is a piece of the past worth reviving. I have realized that there are Many things that need to be organized, so I'm buying more.
