Great for swelled up legs / edema / water retention in legs
I've bought it 5 times over the course of about 6 years. Used it sporadically but I know I should be more consistent since it helps me a lot with: 1. Sleep & Relaxation (pm) 2. Edema- restless legs & swelling (am) I try to take it twice a day for max 400 mg of magnesium. Tastes ok, no complaints.

Only buy the berry flavor
I love the product. I’ve been using it for a good while. I’ve always bought the berry flavor, but I just decided to try the juicy citrus for a change. Nope. The juicy citrus flavor is grooosssss. I recommend the product, but not the juicy citrus flavor. I will stick with the berry.

Healthy drink of magnesium/calcium
I heat up a small amount of water then add a tsp of powder. Just stir and let it fizz. I like adding more water and ice the flavor I chose was orange and it is like an ice cold orange drink that has 500 mg of vit C. Msg/ calcium. Very healthy

Feeling Great!
5th time buying this product and will continue too. I’m so happy I came across this! I use to have difficulty with my stomach, I would get constipated and bloating I just wouldn’t feel good. This has helped sooo much i feel so much better and have more energy too it just makes me feel good! ( I had my gallbladder removed 3 years ago). My mom and sister started using it too and loved it!

Good product, poorly handled
This supplement works exactly how it says it does and it tastes great, but when my latest delivery arrived in the mail it looks like the plastic container had been mashed underneath something extremely heavy. Everything appears to still be sealed properly so I’m going to go ahead and use it, as I am completely out and need this stuff to sleep through the night, but I am disappointed in the careless way this package was handled.
