I can't believe I waited so long to buy this! I've had it for several months now, and it's still working perfectly. I absolutely love the green color—it looks great in my kitchen—and the quality has been much better than I expected. Before buying, I read several reviews saying it was loud or didn't last very long, but that hasn't been my experience at all. Mine has been reliable from day one. One of my favorite things is being able to dispense soap without touching anything. When I'm cooking and my hands are covered in raw meat, flour, or other messy ingredients, it's so much more sanitary and keeps the dispenser clean. It's one of those little upgrades that makes everyday life a little easier, and I'd definitely buy it again.

Update 5/6/26: Sellers reached out and sent a new one due to the old one not working. Great customer service and great product! Original review was 4 stars, but now its 3. This item stopped working one day. I changed the batteries multiple times, but it has not worked again. It started dispensing less and less dish soap until one day it didnt dispense any at all. I even tried to see if I accidentally switched the switch to dispense less. It hasn't turned on since and the inside is somehow rusted? Really enjoyed this product, but it will rust and die even if you put new batteries. Great while it lasted.

After I had a few of a different brand just die, I decided I needed to find something different - which was no small task, because most of them seem to be the same thing with a different name slapped on the listing. This one is different! I have only had it a couple of weeks, but it is working GREAT so far! Plus it looks great, the matte finish is really nice, and the price is right.

I've purchased several variations of electronic soap dispensers. I like this one because it has a DIAL to turn to set the amount of soap being dispensed. A Touch control on others is erratic; it won't even register you as being ALIVE,(touch control won't respond) and you sometimes have to dispense a level 6 amount of soap just to work your way back down to a level 2. How did it go up by itself?? That is wasteful and a mess to clean up. Also, all soap dispensers tend to be somewhat lightweight. But while this one uses only 3 AA batteries, they add a bit of weight to the unit allowing somewhat greater stability. Over the last few years or so, I've had 6 different dispensers for 3 rooms!! That is too many owing to the fact they are not that dependable or begin to lack practicality (won't register me as ALIVE). However, I guess I'm the perfect Amazon customer.

Small so it doesn’t take up much space. Love the color! Works great and has multiple options for how much soap comes out each time. Motion sensor works great! I bought a second one and plan on getting a third for the other bathroom.

Purchased 34 days ago and suddenly the sensor is faulty. Turning the dial for the amount of soap dispensed to a lower level does not work. A large amount of soap is dispensed no matter where the dial is set. UPDATE - the company reached out and provided a refund for this faulty dispenser. The one I purchased prior to this item is still working well. I updated my review because the good customer service to resolve any product problems.

Ordered this yesterday and it came this morning. Nice and timely delivery! It was exactly what I expected and looks like the picture. Easy to load batteries into, pour soap into, turn on and dispense. The censor works well too. This is my first touchless soap dispenser. I chose this one due to its inexpensive price. I am using this with a thicker, non-foaming, hand soap. (Dial Liquid Hand Soap - Spring Water). The liquid adjustment knob on the top that dictates how much or how little soap to dispense wasn't immediately intuitive. I had to check the instructions to know which direction meant more, and which meant less but the instruction pamphlet DID give clear guidance. It isn't a HUGE difference between less and more settings. Its a little subtle, but still noticeable and to my liking. The censor is pretty sensitive. I went to pick the dispenser up from the bottom and it triggered the soap so your hand doesn't have to be right under the censor, a 2-4 inches under it still triggers it so my advice to you is to turn it off first before moving it around your bathroom or kitchen. It took about 10-12 "dry" dispenses before the first amount of soap came out so don't mistake that as it not working! The instructions also did point out that this may happen after filling, and re-filling, to get all the air out of the system and see soap get dispensed. The instructions said there was an on-board rechargeable battery and USB Port - this model DOES NOT have that, so it was a bit confusing to see that in the instruction pamphlet. The overall piece is made of pretty thin plastic and is pretty lightweight. It doesn't "feel" like it would be very durable if dropped or knocked off the counter onto a hard floor. I don't have it mounted but I imagine mounting it would reduce the likelihood of it falling and breaking. It does come with a mount and screws. I do worry about how water resistant/proof the electronic components are in this thing. The power button and adjustment knob are on the top and the batteries are near the top as well so that at least helps protect them from wet counter tops but not from wet drippy hands or falling into a sink with water in it. I will be keeping an eye on that over time and may consider some sort of sticky rubber or Velcro to adhere to the bottom of this dispenser to keep it from sliding or getting tipped over (it did not come with any non-slip material to stick to the bottom, but that would be nice if it did if any vendors/manufacturers for this product happen to read this!)

Works very well. No drips. The amount of soap to be dispensed is adjustable. Easy to operate. The white color is a pearly white. Goes well with my sink. Happy with the purchase. Will purchase a second one for the guest washroom.
