I’ve been using Nestlé Resource Active as a daily nutritional supplement, and it’s been quite helpful in maintaining my energy levels, especially on busy days when I can’t eat properly. The taste is pleasant (especially the vanilla flavor), and it mixes well with both milk and water.It feels light on the stomach and gives a noticeable boost without being too heavy or overly sweet. I like that it has a balanced mix of protein, vitamins, and minerals, which makes it ideal for recovery or general wellness.Only reason I’m giving 4 stars instead of 5 is because of the price — it’s a bit on the higher side for regular use.
