Clean ingredients and a smell that nice but light so it doesn’t make you sick. My dog feels and smells clean for days after ysing these products. I have shampoo conditioner and detangler and spritz all from this brand. Def my favorite. Obtaining the missing bottle (through Amazon CS, not through the seller) was a huge pain in the rear - I had a few options and ended up accepting a 50% refund of the purchase price and then buying a 2nd bottle individually...Amazon apparently "does not ship replacement parts", lol, that's what they told me...even though clearly they had an extra bottle lying around...but anywho. It was eventually straightened out.That aside, this product, along with the matching shampoo, are the ONLY products I can use to bathe my dogs. One of them has super sensitive skin, anything else makes her itch uncontrollably until she bleeds. This is so gentle and it smells SO good. Not quite like lavender or mint, just a nice soft, clean scent. Their fur is soft, shiny and gorgeous after using it.
