These magnesium tablets are good but a bit big to swallow. They didn’t leave an after taste. I had a good nights sleep and felt relaxed.

I've suffered for years with aching legs after any exercise, even a shortish walk. These pills have solved that and I'm sleeping very well too. Difficult to swallow but I get them down with a full glass of water.

The tablets are huge and the edges are almost sharp so swallowing them is a pain in the neck but they definitely seem to work well and I think they are worth getting it's just a shame they are so massive.

I have taken magnesium since the peri menopause started a few years ago for restless legs and sleep and they most definitely help! I notice when I run out. The only problem I had with this make is the size of them. I had to break them in half and even then they were difficult to swallow without gagging. I can take a handful of medication (up to 8) in one go like I do most days for my pain but these took me back to childhood and trying swallow paracetamol lol. I won’t be ordering again because of just this one problem. 😢 I end up drinking a pint of juice then getting up for the loo a million times. But they are very effective if you can tolerate the size of the tablets ☺️

Tablets are quite big so I have been breaking in half to swallow.

Works well

I switched from a previous magnesium supplement to this one because I found that the old brand only contained 40mg of elemental magnesium per capsule, compared to the 202mg this one offers. The different forms of magnesium have made a noticeable effect in my life, helping me with all sorts of related problems. The seller recently switched the capsule to a smaller form, which solved the issue of having a hard-to-swallow tablet. Overall, I have 0 complaints and only praise for this product! Already on my second bottle and will continue ordering!
