I don't think I was getting enough B-12, because when I use this I feel great and have more energy, my thinking and focus improve, and I even sleep better at the end of my more productive day. I figured it couldn't hurt to give it a try, and I am really, really glad I did. I forget to use it sometimes until I realize I'm dragging myself along, then I remember and use it and feel great again. I really need to get it into my routine so I feel great all the time, because coffee really has nothing on this for how much I can get done and generally being at my overall best.

Anemia and pernicious Anemia run in my family, so I try to ensure I get enough B. I know I'm naturally low because even taking the max dose they sell I barely get to the normal range. However, I'm forgetful and so sometimes I can feel myself starting to need B but not having it. This spray bottle is genius. Vitamin B I can carry with me is so convenient. I keep it in my bag at all times. I can tell its quality stuff too from how I feel an hour or so later. Like other B supplements (good ones anyway) this is sublingually administered. I think the spray does a better job than the dropper ever did. It seems to absorb much more quickly than other form factors. It tastes good, well like other B vitamins which I generally think taste good, but that could just be my body needing vitamin B. The spray is a game changer. Why didn't I think to put my liquid B in a little spray bottle? I could have had this year's ago. Self directed annoyance aside, this is a solid choice if you need a little vitamin B boost during the day but can't be bothered to take it regularly like you should.

I am looking more for a multiple B vitamin product BUT for what this is, it's good. The taste isn't bad at all. IT takes two sprays, under the tongue, to dose and is nice and easy. Overall I liked this stuff but am unsure if I would buy it again because I would rather just take a pill.

I love this super B12complex sublingual spray! It has a pleasant taste, which makes it easy to take, and I really noticed a burst in energy when I use it, specially in the middle of the day when I start feeling sluggish. I also appreciate that it’s made with clean pure ingredients so I know I’m getting quality without unnecessary additives. I love that I always have it ready on hand.

We got this B12 spray and found it to be easy to use. It has a cherry flavor that's pleasant and not overpowering. I don't use it every day, only when I need a quick boost of energy. It does seem to work for me, providing all day energy and cognitive support. I do notice a difference in my energy level when using it.

I have taken B12 in a liquid form sublingually in the past, but I find that I enjoy taking it as a spray. More convenient and faster. I like that this particular formula contains 3 bioactive forms of B12 and it is sugar free. The taste is pleasant.

My B12 was near to the low reference limit of 187, mine was 207 to be exact. Three months of use and it is 1200. This product works!
