This is only the TrackBelt, the Vive Tracker is sold separately.

does this work with the acer mixed reality

It won’t work. It needs HTC Vive base station to track its position. WMR uses headset’s camera to keep track of the LED position on the controller. It’s different technology altogether, hence it won’t be compatible.
