Videos on youtube are adequate with a few shots freeze framed to examine details on how it attaches to the chin-up bar. I will also say be mindful of how much resistance weight your pull up bar can handle. In the mist of me trying to find the correct weight with band, the pull up bar fell off the frame now leaving me with a swollen foot.
