Working well and looking be good quality. **Q: When the bottom part and the top part are screwed tightly together with the two washers, it leaks through the screw threads. What's the solution?** A: Thanks for contacting Grohe. This basin waste is designed for use with a slotted basin. If you have an unslotted basin this will not work. Alternatively, you need to make sure the white foam washer is on the basin side of the plug and the black rubber washer is on the underside of the basin.
