Hard to follow the directions at first but once I figured it out it was great! It is excellent quality but I wouldn’t buy it for young kids. This is like 12+ on age I’d say if comparing to Lego. I think it was worth every dollar and I ended up buying two and gifting one of them. It’s soooo cute ! The size is great for a decoration, it’s sitting on out piano.

Liked everything, except the led lights for the lumafly lightpost are a little hard to turn (to turn on/off). You almost HAVE to detach the lights and turn them on/off before reconnecting. Other than that slight inconvenience, the set is pretty awesome! Lights are pretty bright! Will help you in Deepnest!

Excellent item I gifted to my child for Christmas. They were able to put it together and had fun doing it. Very good well built product.

Instructions are not clear when assembling the bench. The finished product was really cool. My son liked building it even though it took him 3 hours. He did not like that the lamp post was grey and not black as pictured. He said he was happy with his purchase regardless and how much it cost. I would not recommend this to any child under 12 (difficult to assemble)

Got this as a gift for my best friends husbands birthday, she said he was into the character. He said that the build was easy, and it is well crafted. It was awesome to find something like this to gift!

Simple and cute. Only thing I'd work on is the lights in the pillar and coloring in the book. Greys look very similar.

I was a bit nervous to order since most of the comments received their product for free but it's exactly as other reviews say. Pieces don't feel cheap, goes together quite easily, hit a few snags here and there but nothing massive and looks really good. Arrived fast. Well worth it if you are a Hollow Knight fan. It is a Lil bigger then I thought it would be but that's not a negative.

This is a unofficial block building set for the video game Hollow Knight. The pieces come in a nice box picturing the build. Inside are several bags of pieces and a high quality glossy, full colour instruction guide. The bags have small labels on them indicating if they’re part of build 1 (the bench and lamp post) or build 2 (the knight). You need to open all of the bags for that part at once, rather than opening them one at a time in order. This took me a little over 2 hours to put together, and my fingers hurt by the end. The bench is kind of fiddly, with a lot of similar pieces, so at one point I had to dismantle something as I’d used the wrong sized post. The guide does have several pages with 1:1 scale images of the piece you need, so this was simply due to inattention on my part. Once the bench was done the rest of the build was easy and fairly quick. The assembled figure is larger than I expected. The Knight on the bench is 6“ tall, the bench 5“ wide, and the lamp post is just over 10“ tall. The lights turn on with a twist, which is cool. The set together look amazing and are a nice display piece.
