As someone who was making pasta by hand for the longest time, this product was such a time-saver. The instructions are so easy to follow, the product is easy to put together, and it's easy to clean as well! It's small and compact too, so it's easy to store away, and you can break it down if needed as well. It makes cutting and rolling pasta dough so much easier. You can control how thin or thick you want your pasta dough to be, and I love that I have options. The product isn't heavy or clunky, and for the price, this is truly a really great starting product for a beginner pasta maker who is still starting out!
