It fits perfectly i am on the last hooks right now as swelling goes down i can still have 2 more rows of hooks if i need it tighter but I'm post-op 10 days from having internal maxoplexy lift I still have swelling and fluid my surgeon wanted me to start massaging my right breast down cause its still a little high and massaging down was getting painful so I wanted to try out this surgery bra with the strap across the the to push the implants down naturally instead of forcing it. So far so good. Its comfortable. The strap across the top is thru my armpits but it hasn't bothered me. The fabric is soft and silky. I hope all these details help to get the right fit.
