Love my Crock-Pot! Had to replace my old one and this one does a perfect job. Perfect size for a two-person household.

Love this slow cooker. I do wish it had a few more heat settings but that is a minor complaint because this unit does exactly what is meant to do. It looks beautiful on your kitchen countertop and the neutral color compliments any decor.

I love the ease of cleaning, cooks evenly and the perfect size.

I feel like I got a great deal on this one. The size is great for a family (at least mine) or if you’re wanting to do something like BBQ shredded chicken for meal prep. It gets hot faster than my old brand name one - and seems to hold the heat better as well. I love the timer feature as my old crock pot was a manual dial. The timer feature turns the pot off after being done with the selected mode which is great for safety. The outer shell of the crock (the blue exterior) feels slightly flimsy but as long as you aren’t trying to throw it around I feel like it will last.

This is a cheap but solid option for beginners. Defnitely not a super high quality slow cooker for anyone wanting anything nice or using it all the time, but its in line with the bella products of being aesthetic and well functional for a cheap price, which is great for most people The internal pot is solid and heavy, great for a slow cooker. The buttons feel a but cheap, and the arent many options. The timer is in increments of 2 hours starting at 4. pretty easy to clean, just clean the center pot. big enough for maybe 8-10 meals worth of food. pretty stable and durable.

Works great and easy to program

I really like this crock pot. I wish it got hotter faster but it dies the job and is lovely.

I of course love the fact that it's purple. Then there's the fact that I can slow cook my meals up to 10 hrs , and 6 quarts is plenty big enough for my family of 3. Then there's the warmer setting that keeps me from having to warm the food before eating. The easy clean up and did I mention that it's purple.

Arrived broken

The product arrived and looks well but it doesn’t have a South Africa compatible plug. It would need an adapter and a transformer to operate it and I have been advised that even that would not be safe as the product needs to be on for long periods and often left unattended.

Nice but very large and heavy

It does not cook well. I have had this 6 months now trying to give it a chance. I’ve cooked brisket multiple times, roast.. and every time it doesn’t cook well, even on high. I had to have my brisket in for 2.5 day… and it still did not break apart. Today my vegetables (carrot and onion) were still crunchy! After 7-8 hours on high.. so disappointing

Ceramic interior arrived cracked. Was not able to test for quality of crockpot, so I’ll only deduct 2 stars.
