Quality wool yarn

Not white, more of a cream.
Got this for a crochet project for my son. I was a little disappointed with it as I was expecting it to be white in colour but, it is more of a cream colour. It is not very soft when worked up, although I suspect this is the wool content rather than anything the manufacturer has done. The balls are also small so make sure you look at the weight needed. I am undecided if it is value for money. I will have to wait until I have finished to judge. I can only work in short bursts with it as it does feel quite rough. As it will be made into slipper socks I think it feels like a decent quality and should be quite hard-wearing.

Yarn as expected I didn’t realise this was coming from Europe but it was a match for a now unavailable yarn so I was happy to wait about 3 weeks for delivery. Well packaged good price.
