Buy a bottle bigger than 32 oz. Pour the 4 oz powder or liquid into it and add water up to the 32oz mark. I bought a Good Sturdy ZEP plastic bottle at Home Depot That Can Spray Upside Down. Spray the hot spots on your pet once or twice a day for a week or two.
