Is this the only thing I need for diaper changes? Wondering if it replaces both wet wipes and diaper rash cream, or if it’s in addition to them.

Liniment cream is used in place of wipes. It cleanses the skin without being to hash and moisturizes it since it is oil based. You may still need diaper cream if your baby has a rash. I found it to be more gentle on my baby’s skin than wipes and he rarely got a diaper rash, which I believe was mainly caused because sometimes we would still use regular wipes. Once I’d switch back to using only liniment cream the diaper rash would go away. The easiest way to use the liniment cream is to put one pump on a cotton pad to cleanse the area as you would with a wipe and use another clean cotton pad to wipe away the excess.

Why doesn't this come with a sealed lid?

Hi! I guess that the plastic lid is to avoid that while transporting it the dispenser head turn by accident and release the content. Actually is a great idea, it already happened to me with a brand new Big Johnson shampoo dispenser while traveling, thanks God it was in a ziplock bag, so there was no mess in the rest of the luggage. Does this leave grease stains if the cloth wipes go through the wash with other clothes?

I use disposable dry cotton wipes with it. So I couldn’t say for sure. But I have spilled some on clothing before and it didn’t leave any stains when I washed it.
