These cards are awesome. Sturdy and durable. They come with a ring to connect them and a dry erase marker so you can make a plan and change it if needed. Good size and great value for your money. The details are awesome, photo, link for video, and written instructions including breathing instructions. There’s workout plans and each area is broken down so you know what muscles are being attacked with each pose.

I am thrilled with this product. Quality laminated exercise cards with detailed instructions. Some have QR codes for video tutorials. Light weight, good for transporting.

Pilates workout cards are a great start to establishing a work-out routine!
Very helpful and useful. Pictures and explanations of movements along with a bar code that links to a video. Easy to understand the format, helpful suggestions for routines, the cards are a good size, easy to read, easy to use, sturdy and durable. AS a beginner to PIlates, I can say they are Beginner appropriate, may be more than that, but I wouldn't be one to judge that.

Cards are sturdy and easy to use - box is missing metal ring and dry erase marker
The cards are all here and is as expected - they fit in your hand easily. It would work much better if the metal ring was included like it’s said it would be. It also claimed I’d receive a dry erase marker, but that isn’t in the box either. I’m not going through the hassle of returning the product but it definitely didn’t come with those two items.

Great fittness program
This is a great fittness program, it offers so much information and the videos are very easy to follow. I would recommend this. Only issue I had was at the beginning when I attached the cards together via the supplied ring. That makes it a bit cumbersome to navigate. Once you learn the routines, it is no problem
