Different programs for different parts of the body, would recommend ### ⭐⭐⭐⭐ Very good machine but suffers the same as others where the pads don't always stick on too well. *by D***. on 7 July 2025* This is my fourth tens machine and I picked this one specifically as the heat function was very appealing. After trying it a few times I can say I do feel the difference. No set up needed, just charge it, plug in pads, attach them and select a program. So far I have stuck to massage mode, nothing too intense. I tried with and without heat, which you can tell the difference. The only negative I have is the pads adhesiveness. I may have a bit more hair on my back than some but the pads are definitely struggling to stay on. Each time I use it at least two tend to slip off and I find myself now constantly checking and pushing them back on again. Maybe I am unlucky and when I replace the pads the new ones will be better.
