I like that this vitamin supplement haves a variety of herbs/minerals etc for whole bladder health. The capsules are small and easy to swallow. They smell a little like pie because cinnamon is in it. No bad odor or burping up foul tastes later. I haven’t noticed any side effects from taking it. No intestinal issues or gas or anything. No stomach upset on an empty stomach. The directions say take two in the morning with a full 16oz of water. I make sure I do that. Possibly if you don’t drink enough water a negative intestinal issue could occur so I make sure to follow that direction. Is it solving all my bladder issues, no, but it hasn’t caused any additional ones. I do feel it’s kind of like a multivitamin for your bladder.

My wife likes this supplement. It covers a wide variety of bladder issues for better overall bladder health. She has not noticed any bad side effects. The capsules are not large and very easy to swallow.

This stuff is awesome for helping relieve muscle aches and pains. I have been using it for a year to help with pain from a work related accident last October. Massage it in to the area that hurts and feel the relief. Sometimes I had moist warm towels to the area and it helps it penetrate the skin even more.

I live in the Philippines, and I always use this whenever I have gas in my tummy, back aches, head aches, if my legs hurt, if I can’t breathe properly, I just smell this and it calms me down. When I met my husband, I introduce this to him and he love this so much, he even let me send this stuff to America every other month. But now I am in America, I am so glad I could buy this in Amazon. It helps me in winter time or in times if I feel sick here. I don’t need to take pills, I just rub this green oil to the part where it hurts and after a couple of minutes or hours, I feel good. It helps too when I am tired from work, I rub this all over my legs and feet before sleeping and it relaxes my muscles when I woke up

This stops my leg pain in a minute or so, no kidding. My Philippine daughter in law first introduced me to this a year ago. I will not be without! Must admit the odor is not so good. If you're in pain and want it to stop, who cares what it smells like?

This is the same product as can be purchased in the Philippines. For the "Kano" among us, it is essentially a liquid Ben Gay: menthol, camphor and methyl salicilate. It's just quite a bit weaker than the Ben Gay creams. The product consistency can vary a bit in Philippines, so I'm not surprised about the comment by LISA, below, about the strength being weaker than expected. For Filipinos wanting a strong Efficascent substitute, try Ben Gay cream sa U.S. The price via Amazon is quite a bit higher than in Asian markets, if you can find it. But, it's not always available on the shelves.
