I love this stuff. I combine it with organic oats, amaranth, and quinoa for a homemade ancient grains porridge. It tastes amazing. The teff adds a nutty, almost chocolatey flavor. It's been part of my regime that has lowered my cholesterol over 100 points in 1 year. I highly recommend this brown teff. It's well worth the money.

I eat teff porridge every morning. I add 30 grams of banana, that I fry first. Then I add the teff, cinnamon, vegan protein powder (vanilla), flax meal, almond milk, and to top it off...one Brazil Nut. It is a very satisfying breakfast.
