Stopped working after 4 months, NO WARRANTY SUPPORT FROM MICROSOFT
Purchased New on February 9, 2026 and stopped working on 5/8/2026. (powered off and on several times by itself before shutting off and "bricking"). Microsoft is refusing the warranty claim because the Invoice from Amazon doesn't say "new" even though that was the option I picked at purchase. Thank God that Amazon is refunding my purchase, or I would be stuck with a 1700$ brick. Thanks a lot microsoft.
