Ok, so this is a rare 5 star review. Got this for my better half for her desk at her office. If you are familiar with “Office Winter” you will understand why. Her office gets freezing cold, people complain, I’ve even been chilled a couple times. This little heater is magic for her. It has been going strong for about a year now, and has given zero issues. No moving parts, so there is nothing to break, just a nice, adjustable, radiant heat that even slightly warms her desktop from underneath so her hands are not completely frozen when typing. The other women in the office have been impressed, and maybe a little envious. So long story short, I have not heard even a murmur of a complaint about this little heater. Office Winter has finally met its match.

I have been pleasantly surprised by how much warmth this provides under my desk. My feet and legs are not cold even on the lowest setting, and even when I have a skirt on. I love that it has an auto-off feature, and it's nice that you can adjust all the settings for time and temp, but honestly, the default setting has been doing a wonderful job for me without fussing with anything else. I also like that it's silent. There is nothing to indicate when the heater is on or off audibly. It was super easy to set up, and although I was worried about how long it would continue standing up, so far it's been going a month without falling over. There are supports to add to the corners that help. It IS a bit bigger than other normal space heaters, but I don't notice it under the desk in the office (I have a cube) and no one else seems to have noticed it either (perhaps the cleaning crew, but no one has said anything!). I can't say enough how well this works. Highly recommend. I even bought it on the "discounted" program because I guess someone else returned it, and I haven't had one problem with it at all. Works perfectly.

This product has three speeds and works great overall. However, I noticed that it doesn’t get very hot; even on the highest setting, it’s more of a warm temperature. I’m used to using a traditional heater on my legs, so this might just take some getting used to. On the plus side, it’s very quiet compared to a standard heater, which is a big advantage, especially in quieter spaces. While it does warm up and performs well, I think it’s best suited for use in an office setting. When I’m at home, I’ll likely stick to my regular heater for more intense warmth. Overall, it’s a functional product that works as described, just not ideal if you’re looking for significant heat output.

What an exceptional product! My colleagues make routine visits to my office to sit at my desk. And, it was because of the warmth that Whisper Heat provides. So, I graciously give up my desk chair and sit in my cold guest chair while they absorb my Whisper Heat. Hmmm... (Yes, even in FL we need heat in our office during the summer because the A/C is frigid.) I gave each of them the link so they could order their own! My office is more of a professional office/studio, and after all, I can only sacrifice my space and my Whisper Heat for so long. :) The company has amazing response and customer service. My question was addressed immediately. Definitely a 5-star review!

My desk is right next to the window, and it is uncomfortable to study in the winter because the heat does not come out well. Halogen Lamp Heater is uncomfortable for the eyes, and the heater that blows hot air makes it hard to concentrate on studying because of the noise. However, WhisperHeat does not light, does not make noise, and does not smell, so I can concentrate on studying. The heater itself is not hot, so it is safe to touch with my hand. It is safe even if children or puppy are nearby. Also no need to worry about the electricity bill. I like it

Worked perfect and put off enough heat for the space!

First off, read the label on it. It tells you to run for 2hrs before using to eliminate the smell. It's not a bad smell but some people may be sensitive to it. Pros - it does stay a nice consistent warm - it's silent - the timer is a nice feature Cons - in a drafty and cold office, it doesn't quite get warm enough. My feet are still cold even with it running - it needs to be close to really feel the warmth. I have it touching my feet and slightly wrapped around my legs. - takes some time to warm up. While I think this would be great for someone who might get slightly cold, it just doesn't work for my needs. Again, where I work it's cold and drafty. I wanted this because a space heater was loud plus and I have to shut it off when I leave my desk. This one I don't have to worry about if it stays on, plus it had a timer.
