Our range of deluxe A4 Landscape certificate binders have sturdy covers from high quality padded PVC with a 4 ring binder that will hold up to 40 acid free certificate pockets. Ideal for certificate storage or keeping any precious documents or for presenting your family history research to someone else. Certificate pockets can be used with acid free card inserts to store two certificates, documents or photographs in each pocket. this allows storage of up to 80 certificates in each binder. There is a small clear pocket on the spine for a name card.

**Q: what kind of punch do I need?**
A: This is a standard 4 hole spacing BUT for an A4 Landscape pocket. All our pockets and dividers are punched accordingly however if you wish to punch your own card or paper you will need an adjustable 4 hole die punch which allows you to punch various setting for different binders. We do not sell these on Amazon but do carry stock and they are £11.50 each plus shipping.

**Q: Looking to purchase item for a university project. Document to be printed 250gsm glossy A4 landscape, do I need a 4 hole punch?**
A: Yes, if you want put paper directly into binder. However, I used A4 landscape poly pockets. If you do -no punch required!

**Q: Would this product be suitable to put A4 paper in instead of pockets? If so, would a standard 4 hole punch work?**
A: Yes, this binder can be used without pockets for A4 paper or card. It is a standard spacing BUT for an A4 Landscape setting not the normal 4 hole Portrait Punch. You would need to purchase an adjustable 4 die hole punch. These can be adapted to punch all spacings for ring binders.We recommend the Rexel 420 or V430.
