Helps with aches and pains and weight loss and cleanses toxins from your body. I'm 5'11" 180lbs and fit inside with a few inches all around to spare. If you're over 6'2" and 240lbs you will not enjoy this. I open the flaps and stick a small fan inside to dry it bc there will be a good amount of condensation and sweat inside after 15/20min. The price is fantastic. The only reason it's not 5 stars is bc the seat is very narrow and not very comfortable unless you're skinny as a twig.
