I bought this soldering station to fix my daughter's electric piano. She is 5 years old so she can be a little rough with her toys. I wound up fixing that and another one of her toys. I also used it to repair my cellphone camera as the lens cracked. The repair went smooth with the hot air on a really low setting I was able to successfully remove the cracked camera lens and replace it successfully. This unit brings value to the DIYer such as myself because it pretty much payed for itself with the first few repairs. It heats up super fast has some nice features like the auto shut off. It comes with everything you need to get started, I appreciate that too. I do recommend picking up a soldering mat to work on. For me it's a learning experience and I'm glad it's good quality because I have many future repairs to do just waiting for me to tackle. Worked great for me. Hope this review helps.

The Item looks used. Loosed screw, Scratches on Screen, Rust on some parts.

Couldn't fully test the station as I had disappointing issue with the the soldering iron as 5 seconds after station gas started heating it kaboom happened and circuit breakers went off in my fuse box because of the short circuit in the station caused by heating element got cracked during very first start. So if you are looking for something reliable and can't afford loosing time, I recommend to keep looking.
