Not bad for the price!
Smooth connection and very convenient since I travel for work and like to watch shows on my iPad usually. Worth a shot!

DO NOT BUY FROM THIS MFG
STOP working less than 4 months after purchase. Amazon no longer has this item so I guess I got screwed.

Great, but your neighbors can take over
Really easy to install and no lag or disconnections at all. The only reason for a 4 star review is that it does not have any built in security at all, which means that anyone that's relatively close to the device can just connect to it and start casting. This is a problem if you live in an apartment with neighbors close by. It would be nice if it asked for some sort of password instead.

Mehh
Was very iffy about purchasing this.. since alot of reviews were from people who got it free.. first thought was "Of course they're gonna say 5stars.. they got it for free!".. but it's pretty good! The setup is easy as pie . It's perfect size and not to heavy since it hangs from the plug on the back of the TV.. the picture quality is great too.. very clear.. the ONLY reason I'm giving 3stars instead of 5 is because.. every other time I'm trying to connect my phone (android).. it cannot find the piece.. I have to take the HDMI cord out for 20secs.. sometimes doing this twice.. and then it will find it.. it's more of an annoyance never knowing if it'll work or not.. but besides that it's pretty good..

Works well
This little beast is exactly what I needed for wireless screen casting on the go. Hooked it up at the cabin, on-site, and even at the office without a hitch. Once it’s synced, it runs smooth—no stuttering, no drama. I’ve used it with iOS, Android, and Windows machines. It handled all of them clean with no adapters or headaches. The signal holds steady, and the latency is damn near invisible when streaming video. If you know your way around a device or two, this thing will be your quiet MVP. It’s compact, travel-friendly, and hasn’t failed me once since March.

Did not work on iPhone 15 Pro or Google Pixel 8 Pro - overpriced
Difficult to set up. Would not work with either my iPhone 15 Pro Max and Google Pixel 8 Pro no matter what I tried. Devices like Apple TV and Chromecast normally pair easily with my mobile devices. With further testing, got it to work with Google Chrome on a laptop and seemed okay after a quick test but it was not what I bought it for it. For the high price point, it's very poor value for money. Can't comment on streaming quality of media as didn't keep it long enough. Returned for refund.

No problems until now
This has worked well for about a month but lately, the mouse pointer sometimes freezes on the external monitor but not on the laptop screen. I have to shut it down and restart it.
