Changed my life!!!
Detailed review below if you want to read it. If you just want a quick summary: It changed my life, it’s worth every penny, just buy it! I don’t normally spend this much money on anything but, for me, it has been 💯 worth it! It does take some time to get it set up and get the settings that work for your needs and house but is worth it a thousand times over. Handles a massive amount of dog hair like a pro. Does good on all surfaces except cheap bath mats, you’ll have to pick those up. There is maintenance but it is not difficult or time consuming. App works well and issues are easily to troubleshoot. Anytime maintenance needs to be done, the app sent you a message and a video on how to do it. Detailed review: I’ve had this vacuum/mop for 6 weeks. I don’t normally do reviews but I’ve been telling everyone I know how this bad boy changed my life! Important to note I’m also cheap as H@ll! I don’t have much to compare it to in terms of how it measures up to the competition. I have a 10 year old first generation Eufy vacuum named BB8 that will fall down the stairs and suck up the dogs tail if not supervised so that’s my baseline. I have two 80lb Labs, two feral kids, a blue collar husband and OCD (like the kind you take medication for and left unchecked does permanent psychological damage to children). We moved from an 800 sqft house to a 3,000sqft house and by the time I was done cleaning the floors at one end of the house my family had already destroyed the other end. Keeping the floors clean and dealing with the dog hair tumble weeds was a full time job. My family had to be punking me with hidden bags of dirt and dog hair or something. I was losing my mind, literally! I spent the last 20 years saving for my dream house and the floors looked like a trap house no matter what I did! I thought our floors at our old house were bad because we had so many people in a small space. Turns out my family is just gross. In terms of this robot, who my kids have loving named Consuela, after the house keeper from Family Guy. (It is important to name them, they work better when they have names😅.) You don’t have to worry about her becoming self aware and taking you prisoner Terminator style as she is not super smart. She doesn’t always know what she is doing but she works hard at it! The first week of training was a little rough but now that Consuela and I have a system it’s a complete game changer. Comes right out of the box and set up is a breeze. I had a little trouble with the app because I already had Eufy everywhere in my house. I downloaded the Eufy cleaning app which made my Eufy home security app stop working. Eventually, I got everything on the same app and it works seamlessly (this was probably my own fault as I didn’t read the instructions bc I like to do things the hard way). Out of the box she has to map out your house. I found this was the most important step. The first time I had her map my house I didn’t move or pick up anything. The map sucked and it was a disaster. I redid the mapping step and literally picked up everything not nailed down, chairs small end tables, trash can, pots, etc. and kept the dogs downstairs. After I did this the map was absolutely perfect (a good base map is key). You don’t have to move everything when she cleans, just the first time to get a good map. My main level is one massive open concept (probably 1,000sft and Consuela identified it as one room), then 2 bathrooms and three other bed rooms. At first I tried telling her to clean the entire main level as it is one of the options. That did not go well. I feel like she might have a little adhd. I ended up taking the time to set up “Zone cleaning” scenarios and saved them on the app. Zone cleaning is the way to go with big open areas. I broke the great room into 3 sections. We have Apple home we linked to it so now we just say, “Siri, tell Consuela to clean the kitchen, living room, bathrooms, etc.” We played with the cleaning setting and found what worked for us. I have her programmed to clean different zones at different times a day. With my feral family we have to run max vacuum suction and two passes with heavy mopping so the battery drains fast. If your children were not born in a barn yard, you don’t run a wood shop and mowing business out of your garage and don’t have dogs who shed 12 lbs of hair per hour the normal settings would be fine and she could probably do our main level on one charge. With our workload she does two zones, takes a break to charge and then does two more. I have her programmed to clean each zone twice a day. I think for a normal family once every other day would be fine. My floors have never been so clean. NO dog hair anywhere! I’ve never lived in a house without dog hair. I did a deep cleaning of the floors throughout my house the day I got her and I have not had to vac or mopped since! I also think starting with clean floors is a key to success. This does not deep clean but if your start clean and run it often the floor stay spotless. With her running everyday nothing builds up in the corners, under beds and couches. It’s life changing (for me anyway)! We have laminate floors, carpet, tile and a few very thin rugs. She is amazing on the tile, carpet, and laminate but does struggle with the rugs. My rugs are super cheap, thin, and lightweight. She has lots of trouble with the bathroom rugs so we started hanging the bathroom mats after we shower which is actually better for us. Our large area rug is a bit of a struggle and hard to watch 🤣 but if I don’t watch her, eventually she moves on and it is clean. She has only gotten stuck on the rug once. So cheap rugs are a challenge but going from hard floor to carpet works perfectly! I do think she would do well with high quality heavy rugs. Like I said I have OCD so I keep a tidy house without much clutter. She does a good job avoiding objects, if the dog is napping she can “see” it and doesn’t suck up a tail like our other robot vac. It does an okay job avoiding cords but if it hits a phone charger on the floor just right it will suck it up. (Only happened once) My son left a shirt on the floor and it did end up sucking it up but it was an easy fix. All and all it does a good job avoiding dog toys and things on the floor but if she hits something at just the right angle she does get stuck but you just have to pull it out and hit restart. Consuela not going to clean up an entire bowl of cereal, a can of spaghettiOs or big spills. She would probably destroy the entire room. However, if my dogs leave a trail of muddy footprints she does do a good job spot cleaning stuff like that. She will keep clean floors clean indefinitely. Maintenance: this is not a set it and forget it type of thing. There is maintenance that needs to be done regularly to keep her going but it is not hard. There is a tray that pops out that needs to be rinsed. If you don’t, it gets clogged and pauses the cleaning cycle. Even when this happens it’s an easy fix. It has a disposable bag for dust and dog hair. Ours fills up once a week, a normal family could probably get several weeks per bag. They are not terribly expensive but I do NOT replace the bags! I just dump them out into the trash can because I’m cheap. I’m still on my original bag. Water tanks: we mop at least twice per day with the high water setting and a full water tanks lasts two days. The mop pads are cheap. We bought several and I just wash them once per week and it takes two seconds to change them. I think they’re supposed to be disposable. The worst part, which is not the vacuums fault or a design flaw, just the nature of the beast. The dirty water tank! We can go on a tank of water for two days but if you leave dirty water in the tank for an extended period of time it reeks like rotten sewage🤢. It does NOT make your house smell at all. You can’t smell it until you open it. If you empty it every day it doesn’t smell but if you forget and go on vacation like we did it’s bad! I started putting a few drops of bleach in the dirty water tanks when I empty it and we have zero smell now (no idea if it’s okay so do at your own risk). The app is awesome. If there is an issue the app sends an alert and tells you what’s wrong. It also pops up a video telling exactly what to do to fix the issue. Yesterday it told me I needed to clean the sensors and showed me how to do it. I don’t like to spend money on things like this but I use it so much I almost wish I would have spent the money on the top of the line model. Although I don’t have any complaints with this one.

Junk. Save your time!
Okay, so I thought I did good research on this. I saved up for this purchase excited since we had just finished installing new floors through our entire house. As soon as the installers left, I broke out my new vacuum, downloaded the app, followed the instructions and did the required upgrade to the vacuum. Once it started to do it's first mapping route, the app immediately said network slow. The vacuum would pull out from the base about a foot and just spin, then return to the base and start drying the completelt unused mop heads. I've tried taking it to my friends house and using another person's wifi, deleting the app and reseting the vacuum multiple times, tried repositioning a few feet from our router, tried running it through my ipad instead, everything including having comcast come out and check our network. Mind you, our TVs, alexa, ans any other devices in our house work just fine on our network. Eufy App would always say network slow and not even go further than a foot from the base. Obviously something is wrong with the vacuum, not my wifi. Finally contacted customer support. First one in the chats brilliant solution was to try ro run the vacuum through Hotspot. Seemed ridiculous, but I tried. Once again, app said network slow. He then said he can't help me and that my chat log is being sent to their "engineering department". Waited 1-2 days for their "engineering department" to email me. They wanted proof of purchase, serial number, and a video of what's wrong with it. Submitted it and was told it'd be another 1-2 days while their "engineers" review my issue. Woke up to an email this morning from their engineers and their suggestion after everything I've told them was to "try restarting it". Did they even read my messages of everything I've tried to do to be able to just use and keep my vacuum? Try hot spot and restarting it is their advice from their "engineering department" after days of waiting for a solution? Returning this. Customer service is a joke if they ship you a faulty vacuum. Now I have to wait 30 days for a refund and then go buy a different brand. Waste of my time and left me disappointed over something I was excited about. Update - Eufy contacted me and offered a refund. Said to reply "Full refund" if i wanted one. I did. That was the day after the origjnal post, and they never responded or gave me a refund. Customer support sent me a replacement. Worked beautifully after I skipped the firmware update. It did an automatic software update yesterday, and it got stuck at 15%. When I woke up this morning, it's stuck at 13%. Once again our network is fine and stable, there's something wrong with their updates. Even customer service after doing their "analysis" of the returned original vacuum said that their "engineers" had diagnosed the problem as a hardware/software issue. So, now I gotta box up another bulky item and return it. Hopefully by the new year I'm finally given a refund! Save your time!

Efficient, Sleek, and Hands-Free Cleaning for Smaller Spaces
I live in an 800 sqft condo with mostly hardwood floors and a few small rugs, and the Eufy Omni C20 has proven to be a great fit for my space. Here’s a breakdown of my experience with the vacuum: 1. Ease of Use The Omni C20 is incredibly easy to set up. After plugging it in and filling the water tank, I was good to go. The water tank is very user-friendly, with a convenient handle and a well-sealed cover that prevents leaks, which is a common issue with some competitor models. The ambient light under the water tank adds a cool visual touch, making the vacuum feel a bit more premium. 2. Lidar/Proximity Sensor Upgrade The lidar and proximity sensors on this model are a major improvement over other robots I’ve used. Coming from the Eufy X8 and Dreame D10 Plus, both of which had solid lidar systems, I’ve noticed the Omni C20 maps my apartment much more efficiently. In my previous models, the first mapping session could take 20-30 minutes, and the robots didn’t always distinguish between walls and furniture. The Omni C20, however, only takes about 3 minutes to complete the initial mapping and does a 3D scan, accurately identifying solid walls from furniture like countertops. Very impressive! 3. Sleek Design and Low Profile While the lidar sensor is much improved, what really stands out is the Omni C20’s sleek design. Unlike my previous robots, which had a visible sensor bump on top (think of the lidar sensors on autonomous cars like Waymo), the Omni C20 has a slim, almost Tesla-like profile. The entire body is only about 3 inches tall, allowing it to easily go under tight spaces like couches and cabinets. I’m not sure how Eufy managed to achieve this, but it’s a big plus for anyone with limited clearance. 4. Good Surface Detection and Nice Cleaning Performance with a small trade off The C20 does a great job of differentiating between surfaces. It switches seamlessly between mopping and vacuuming when it detects a change in floor type, even when it comes to something as small as a door mat. Its cleaning performance is impressive, though it’s not the fastest robot out there. On average, it takes about 1 minute per 10 sqft for a combined mop-vacuum cleaning session. For comparison, my Dreame D10 does the job almost twice as fast. However, the C20 delivers superior cleaning results and even goes back to wash the mop during the cleaning cycle, which contributes to the longer duration but is a great feature. I’m happy with the trade-off since the C20 offers a more thorough clean. 5. Ok Battery Life and Long Charging One of the few drawbacks I’ve noticed is the battery life. It’s not the best in its class. On average, the C20 uses about 60% of its battery to clean my entire 800 sqft apartment. By contrast, my Dreame D10 only uses about 30% for a similar cleaning. The C20 also has a slower charging time, taking over 3 hours to fully recharge. However, given its smaller profile and ability to clean tighter spaces, I’m okay with the trade-off. 6. Mop Drying Noise Another small concern is that the robot produces a low, constant noise for a few hours while it dries the mop after cleaning. While it doesn’t use hot air drying like some competitors, it’s a more energy-efficient approach. This isn’t a major issue for me since it’s part of the self-sustaining, hands-free cleaning process. I’m happy to let it do its job and dry, charge, and clean itself without any intervention from me. Conclusion Overall, the Eufy Omni C20 offers a fantastic hands-free experience with impressive cleaning performance and thoughtful design. While it’s not the fastest in terms of cleaning time or battery life, the superior mapping, sleek profile, and thorough cleaning make it well worth the investment. If you have a smaller space, like a studio or a 1-3 bedroom condo, this is a great robot vacuum to consider. However, if you have a larger home and need longer battery life, you might want to explore other options, especially bigger ones. For me, it’s been a great fit, and I’m very happy with the results.

If you think you need a robot, you probably do
Bought this to clean up after my dad since he spills food on the floor multiple times a day. So my impressions so far, both good and bad: #1 Fairly easy to set up, it makes you use an app of course, but the app is pretty nice. Mine wanted bluetooth and of course WiFi activated, but I think you can run it from your phone from another location without bluetooth. #2 After setting it up in the dock and charging, I think it's best to let it map your whole house. I moved a bunch of stuff while it was mapping, but then I later wanted to add another room, so I had to have it map the whole house again. This wasn't really a problem since the robot maps a lot of areas pretty quickly. However, you can't edit maps in a way you might think you could, instead you just have to let it make a new map. The robot will latch onto power cords etc. while it is vacuuming/mapping the house for the first times. I'm impressed at how well the robot maps. #3 The mopping is kind of mid-range with some really good and not so good elements so far. So the clean water and dirty water tanks are great. The 2 mop swirls are really good. The robot struggles a lot to get much mopping done because it wets/cleans the mop at the station, then takes the damp mop to mop a small spot, then has to return to clean the mops again. This is fine, but then the mop station stopped working and gives a cleaning tray error over and over. There seems to be no way to inspect the cleaning station in order to try to remove obstructions, I already checked the bottom tray, top containers, bottom of the robot, and looked for any way to access potential obstructions, so this may be the defeating flaw, but I will try a few more times. Overall I really like the robot mop and I definitely want one that works well, so we'll see. First update: I watched a youtube video showing where the water suction tube is on the dock station, so that helped a lot to position the flexible tube so it will suck water up correctly.

Made cleaning so much less stressful!
Love, love, LOVE! As a multi-pet home, I cannot stress how much less stressful cleaning is! Two cats, and a German Shepard, I run this once a day for the vacuum and every other for the mop. vacuum has multiple settings based on needs. For myself I run it on standard (level 2/4) to pick up the loose hair that has fallen. The vacuum is also great for litter messes, though I do usually run it on turbo (level 3/4) for the better suction with litter. I was amazed the first time I watched the vacuum run over a large tuft of Shepard hair with ease! It has made cleaning so much easier The mop aspect is mediocre, it does help don't get me wrong. But even on the high (level 2/2) it is meant as a maintenance rather than a full clean. Meaning some dirt, dander, dust it will do fine with. But sticky spills... unlikely. The parts are super easy to change. The vacuum bag slides in and out, whereas the mop pads are similar to a Velcro and peel off easily when wanted. As far as hair; it does well at sweeping it up. Though the first few runs I had to clean the roller each session due to the amount of hair. The ends of the roller brush come off easily, twist/pull and this allows you to remove any hair twisted around the piece. Super easy to clean and put back together! Additionally, the only issue I have with the vacuum is that it likes to run over the cat toys that I didn't even know we still had! Ha! It will generally stop and wait for assistance if it runs one over or gets stuck which is as simple as removing the toy and pressing the power button again. Set up was easy as well with a step-by-step instruction through the app. Unboxing to use only took at most 10 minutes! I have noticed others comment on the price... I got this on sale for $350. Retail among other sellers is $700. I think for the price I purchased this is definitely worth the cost! The initial vacuum bag was just replaced after 3 weeks, and it could have lasted probably another full week before demanding I change it. Though this will vary based on home to home. The vacuum can be noisy at time, though much less than I expected after watching some video reviews. The loudest part of it is the vacuum running into furniture though. I think the mapping feature works well but given we have pets and are often moving things around our vacuum is often repositioning and re-mapping the rooms as needed, it does this automatically (after bumping into things).

Great machine at a great price
Please see update at the end of this section. Works great, but is a bit complicated for this 72 year old male. I will accept complete responsibility for that. Most folks will probably have no problem. I tend to shut down if I have a problem with modern stuff! Does not come with a manual. I had to have my son get it operational. But it does work great, cleans nicely, is well made. This is my second Eufy. The first is an 11X Max which also works great. Got it 8 months ago and was overwhelmingly impressed. Run it twice a day most days. It radically changed the cleanliness of our house. We have a 90 pound Weimaraner that sheds a lot and brings dirt in on his paws. The hair and dust were reduced by 98%. Decided I wanted to get one with a mop function and I believe I am going to be very happy with the Omni C20, and Eufy overall. Update: After using it for a few weeks, I have come to realize it isn't right for my situation. Everything I said before is still accurate, and it is a fine machine. But my house is too small and has too many obstacles for this machine to operate properly. I am going back to using my original eufy because it moves randomly rather than in mapped straight lines, and therefore sweeps more of the area. I have a second living space downstairs where I will place the Omni C20. It is much more open and unrestricted and the Omni C20 should work better there. In summation, the Omni C20 appears to be a great machine in areas where there is minimal furniture or other obstacles in the middle of the room.

Update August 2025 from June 2025 Review - excellent customer service.
New Review: The C20 is still not a very good unit for the price in my opinion BUT the customer service for this company is phenomenal, and the best customer service I’ve dealt with. So I was outside of my return window as you see in the post below, they contacted me and offered a full refund OR a new unit of the next model up, the S1. I took the next model up because I genuinely wanted a working vacuum mop. Well the next model was better but had a dripping problem. They send me the replacement part for free!! So in all a got the new model plus the fixed part for free. Both of them. And now it works great. I love it. I’m so thankful, this was an answered prayer, praise God for kind people and companies that care. Regina was my customer support rep and she is truly a kind person. Really thankful. So the C20 unit is still about a 3 but the company itself is a 5/5. Old Review: This company uses reviews from all their products under one listing. Very misleading. For context I used a shark vacuum and mop in one before this. I rather use that than this. I got this for one floor of my house while my shark does the other. Pros: Map is good, mopping is good enough, changing the water is easy, the app is cooler than other apps I’ve seen. Cons: Not a super good at vacuuming. Gets caught and stuck constantly. Constantly malfunctioning (my Shark never malfunctions), it is ALWAYS giving me error messages, it’s tiring. It doesn’t clean well enough for the error messages. I wish I saved my money and purchased another shark. Since it “works” well enough I won’t give it 1/2 stars. I just don’t believe in its value for the price. I thought I was getting a 700-800 robot on sale for 400. No, this is $300 vacuum being marketed for $400. It feels like a scam. And it’s too late for me to return it (that’s my own fault, not on the company).

Frequent errors - Update: excellent customer service
Update 2 to 3 stars, 05/21/2026: I'm updating this review because Eufy customer service really does deserve recognition for their willingness to fix the problem. I bought this eufy after owning a Roborock S6 MaxV that did a wonderful job, but didn't have self empty/etc. The C20 omni did a good job for a time, but I now heavily suspect that the front sensor getting scratched is what killed it. The lack of picking up hair in my short pile rug I could chalk up to the low-ish kPa value. After I wrote my review, eufy customer service reached out to me unprompted and offered a resolution that I found more than satisfactory and gave me a wonderful impression on their company standing behind their product. So maybe I just got a dud. However, I then moved onto a Roborock Q7 M5+ and now that I'm on my third unit of that in less than half a year, all I can say is don't do it. If I had known then what I know now, I would have stuck with eufy, maybe one of the C28 vacuums. Anywho, TL;DR - customer service was excellent with eufy and the vacuum had its issues certainly, but it did at least make it a year before needing intervention unlike my latest roborock. Original Review: I bought this 12/10/24 and am writing this review on 11/26/25. I try to run this vacuum five times a week. I say try because for months now, it rarely goes through a whole week without an error of some sort that stops it running. I'm not talking about errors like the clean water or dirty water reservoir notifications. For the last month, it just stops running in the middle of a cleaning because it can't find it's way back to the dock. There will be nothing blocking its path to the dock and no one is even home to move anything or close doors, it just gets 'lost'. There's significant scratching to the main sensor on the unit that I'm still not sure how it got there unless it ran itself into something. Repeatedly and with some pressure that you would think a *sensor* should specifically be avoiding. The mops don't do in depth cleaning if you have heavily dirty spots you're trying to get clean, but it does a nice enough job in between proper moppings. The app will spontaneously change you maps so that your schedules no longer work and support will be difficult about it even when you've already done all the steps they're asking you to do. Despite all of this, it does at least help a LITTLE at keeping the pet fur down. I've had to rebuild the maps almost monthly to attempt to fix errors at supports urging and the same problems just continue to come back. My other robot vacuum (different brand) at least made it four years before giving me this many headaches. This is souring me on the brand as a whole frankly. I can at least watch it fail in real time thanks to the app staying well connected to the internet, but once the vacuum dies, it won't show you where it was last on the map so you get to go play hide and seek for the vacuum. It does not do a good job of picking up pet fur on my very short pile area rug. It doesn't get most of the stuff on the hardwoods, but the area rug still needs regular vacuuming. It's less frequently needed than it used to be, but I wish it had better suction power.

Excelente producto!
Excelente producto.

So so C20
I’ll start by saying that I really love Eufy products. The C20 wash robot was an amazing deal at $399 on Boxing Day, so it was very appealing and I decided to jump on it. The thing is, this vacuum works great as long as there are no obstacles. It performs best if I put all the chairs and bar stools on the table or counter before I leave. Why? Because it gets stuck everywhere, and the wash pad often comes off when it bumps into chair legs. So overall, I like it but it definitely requires more prep work if I want it to do a great job. Does not work well with chair legs in photo. 20-01-2026 seller sent an email to provide a refund. My response Thank you for reaching out, but there’s no need to issue a refund. I’ll be keeping the unit, and I really appreciate you contacting me.

First time robo vac owners, and we love it.
We love this little cleaning machine. This review is coming from someone who has yet to own a robot vacuum until now. It has made keeping the floors tidy way easier. I love the way it maps the floor out on the app and you can customize when and how you want the floors clean. I love that it can detect rugs and lifts its mops up when going over them. In our house it has a pretty easy job. We have no floor transitions (all LVP from one end to the other) and only 1 area rug in the entrance. It makes it over our air duct vents on the floor that stick out a ways without a problem though. We do however live on a small farm so that entrance rug can get quite dirty. It does a pretty decent job keeping everything tidy. I’d say still getting a broom and mop over everything on a bi weekly basis will be needed but this thing helps me keep up in between with a house full of kids and a small dog and farm boots going in and out. I love that it can easily make it under beds and dressers to get those rogue hairballs. The one thing I don’t love is that it has a section between the mops that stays dry behind it. So depending on your floors, that might be noticeable. We just make sure it does a double mop (goes both directions) and our floors don’t notice it really but that might really depend on your flooring. We also have it set to go back and rewash the mops every 5 minutes otherwise the mops get dry and she isn’t getting anything wet/clean. So far we like it. So long as no issues arise, I imagine we will keep it around for quite a while.

Terrible experience with this vacuum.
Terrible experience with this vacuum. It constantly says the bag is full even when it’s only about half full, and the mopping pads fall off or shift so easily that it keeps stopping. It started out fine, but in less than three months it became very loud and the battery now drains extremely fast. During one run it spent 17 minutes “looking” for the docking station even though the dock was barely two feet in front of it. Overall, very disappointing performance and not worth the money. I have to change my preview rating because if the after sale service that I received. Got in contact with the vendor and I was surprised by the service I had. The sent a new device and I return the defective item no charge. They took care all transport costs. Receive my new device and this one is working find so far.
