Oh man, thanks to my brother who told me to get this, I have been looking too long to get a audio splitter because i wanted to connect my tv and my mac to my sound system in my room but i could not find anything. Thanks to my bro, he told me to get this as it does the job i need. It is very small and fits perfectly on my table and allows you to add up to 5 audio outputs such as my tv, iPhone, iPad, iMac and my other mobile phone.The price is decent about £9.85 pounds, Brand New, comes to in different colours and its perfect size, does not take that much room. I always love to buy anything that is sold by Belkin as I have brought a lot of things from them and nothing breaks. I have two usb wires which have now lasted me for two years.They Make the best product and they wires and connects almost never break easily when being compared to anything that is wire made by Apple.What comes with the Belkin, you get i think about a 1 meter audio cable which is perfect for me as all my setup is on my table. I would suggest to you guys, that if you want a longer cable you should separately buy a 4 meter audio cable.

I wanted this to connect up 4 sources to a single ipod speaker with AUX connector. My windows Laptop, Macbook Pro, Fire TV Box and another Android tv box without having to disconnect and reconnect for whatever source I wanted to play on Monitors that dont have any speakers.This splitter is brillaint it allows you to do that.From the description it says its a splitter for headphones only which would suggest this splitter would only work for outputs only. I can confirm that it does work for inputs as well. I have 4 Sources plugged in and the fixed cable on the splitter going to my ipod speaker.

It has a distinct loss of volume when using this Headphone Splitter, if you are into hifi music it won't be your cup of tea. If you use all the port it will play in mono. Try to check whether it's suitable for what you want to use it. I think for most of the users it will be grand.

This is a top quality splitter and doesn't cause any interference to the sound. I use it for my portable speakers through a portable amp for listening to my music with my mobile phone. Excellent quality and great value for yer bucks.

I heartily recommend this product. I bought this to connect up several Korg Volcas synthesizers (3.5mm jack) cheaply. Whilst this will be my main use, I can easily forsee this being used for setups where multiple microphones and simultaneous headphone monitoring (e.g. recording a podcast to ipad or laptop) would be required. There is a slight drop in volume as mentioned previously, but if you can adjust input levels on the device you're plugging in this isn't an issue. For the price you can't really argue.

Used this on a flight to vegas with my partner so we could both watch the same programmes on an iPad. Worked great, we both had fantastic sound quality. Am off to Japan and Vegas again in 2018 and will be once again using this on the flight

When I full insert my headphone jack I can only listen on one side of my head phone I need to adjust it to listen on both side

A useful little widget to share your music with. There is a very slight loss of quality, but not that noticeable.Also useful if you want to try out different sets of headphones without having to restart your player every time a new set is plugged in.

It helps to be knowledgeable about what you are splitting to know if the signal will be unusable/low in gain because of the extra load of more speakers/headphones etc. There is power sent out with majority of audio signals. When dividing that power, you might have issues depending on your use situation.If the signal you are splitting doesn't have sufficient gain/volume behind it, you may find that after the split the volume is not loud enough. So be aware and knowledgeable about what you are splitting! It is NOT going to reamp/boost/buffer your signal. This is by nature and NOT a problem or design flaw. Again, know what you are doing! (I say this because I read alot of "bad" reviews about this product over situations that come up due to what is stated here)Anyways, this is a hard plastic product. For some reason, I thought the black part was rubberized. This is no big deal at all. Just want to put it out there as I may not be the only one who thinks this.I am using mine to split a 1/8" MIDI out off of a MIDI controller (Beat Step pro) and then converting the 1/8" outs from this product with 1/8" to MIDI converters> this is great because it saves me from having to buy a MIDI through box. Absolutely saves me a good amount of money.I would not try to use this to split audio 5 ways without having something on hand to reamp the signals. Which COULD possibly require a reamping device for EACH output coming off of this (5 outs if used this way ..) Be aware! By no means am I implying that this WILL be the case, but it does happen to people as you can read in the reviews.Cables are not braided or reinforced which does worry me because of the weight of the splitter putting street on the wire. (The splitter is *VERY* light. I am saying over time, the *VERY SMALL* amount of weight of the splitter on its "IN" wire could contribute to additional wire degradation!)I highly recommend this product for ANY situation that calls for a signal to be split. The "star" design lends itself to having a more tidy work/listening area!

Got this so I could hear my pc and phone through the same earpiece. It came with one short 1/4-inch to 1/4-inch cable. No complaints about the audio quality.

Ich habe mir den Belkin Audiosplitter noch einmal gekauft nachdem ich meinen alten verloren geglaubt habe. Auch nach einigen Jahren funktioniert er einwandfrei. Ein einfaches Einstecken genügt und schon wird der Ton aufgeteilt. Man kann sogar von zwei Audiogeräten den Ton abspielen und somit z.B. zwei Handys und zwei Kopfhörer verbinden um mit jemand anderen abwechselnd Musik abspielen zu können. Der Ton wird minimal leiser weshalb man die Lautstärke minimal erhöhen muss. Eine separate Lautstärkeregelung ist mit dem Adapter per se nicht möglich. Das hat mich aber bis jetzt noch nie gestört.Er funktioniert auch mit vierpoligen Kopfhörern (mit Mikrofon und Remote), die für iOS-Geräte gedacht sind. Der Audiosplitter hat nur drei Pole, sodass das Mikrofon und die Remote ignoriert wird. Mit vierpoligen Android-Kopfhörern habe ich es noch nicht getestet, aber da hier die Erdung und das Mikrofonsignal vertauscht sind, kann es sein, dass diese damit nicht richtig funktioniert (einfach nach CTIA bzw. OMTP googeln).////////////////// Fazit //////////////////Für wenig Geld bekommt man einen super Kopfhörersplitter, der lange lebt. Ich würde ihn jederzeit wieder kaufen und kann ihn empfehlen.
