Started using this toothpaste after doing a Crest whitening treatment and it really maintained the whiteness. It is gentle and nonirritating for my sensitive teeth and gums. It has a gentle mint taste that is not overpowering but just enough to freshen mouth/breath. I have recommended this to others.
