Great bluetooth quality
I really love this. Two meat prongs allow for different temperature settings. The bluetooth allowed me to go outside and work in the yard while still keeping an eye on the food in the oven.

Probes Loses Charge When Off
In my initial review, I was quite impressed with this wireless thermometer. After having used it for a few months, I'm moving this to 1 star for the following reasons. One, the probes themselves lose charge when the device is off. This requires a recharge every time it gets turned on if left off for more than a day. This is an extreme inconvenience when having to wait for it to charge before cooking. Secondly, the probes are quite larger than my wired probes, making it much harder to use on smaller pieces of meat and it leaves quite a large hole in the meat compared to slimmer probes. Thirdly, after comparing temperatures with my wired probe, I find the temperature to be off by a couple of degrees. The temperature fluctuates and causes the alarm to turn on and off as it hits the target temperature. Hence I'm moving this to 1 star after having some time to more thoroughly use it.

Perfect first BBQ thermometer
If you are anything like me, I always overcook my steak and undercook my chicken, the this is a must have for you. With this thermometer, I'm able to learn to adjust the direct fire level and the heat within the grill over time for a perfect mediumrare steak or cooked to just right(without overcooking and drying out) chicken. This thermometer is very easy and intuitive to use. It charges with USB-C which is the standard these day and can be found anywhere. The wireless probes are quick to charge and last for multiple grill sessions. The physical design is smart, the probes charges wirelessly and stow away so they don't go missing in its charging position. To top it all off, it comes with an app for me to monitor on my phone and help with the count down and predict when the the food reaches cooking temp, obviously if the temperature remains constant and not be adjusted back and forth midway, which admittedly, I do that a lot.

Good product but charge before using.
To date I have used this temp probe several times over the last 6 months. So far I have been pretty happy with it. The app seems functional and stable once you learn to work it. It’s pretty simple. The temp gauge it’s self works well and again seems stable and functional once you learn the system and the various functions.Where I have been a little disappointed, is the instructions are poor like a lot of imported products. The point is you have to recharge the system before using EVERY time (Note: This doesn’t take but a few minutes but something you should know). I am not sure if the batteries are old or of low quality or what, but this has been my biggest problem. I don’t think the batteries are replaceable and I am sure the probe batteries are so small they cannot hold a huge charge, but to me it is a potential issue if you are cooking g several meals in succession. I guess buy more probes - LOL.Another point I was happy with was the remote signal strength - using just the base station and the probes, the distance to my BBQ to my kitchen is about 20ft through a glass window - signal was good even with the top down on the BBQ.Obviously once synchronized to you phone, the signal reaches a much greater distance. All this being equal though, I would buy it again and considering the price, it’s a good product.

Probe died in less than a year!
Worked pretty well overall for almost a year. I've been using this a couple times a month for almost a year and lately I've been getting a E19 error message, but it seemed to be functioning, so I ignored it. When I went to use it yesterday probe one was showing a temp way different than probe two and then it quit working and will no longer charge. It's economically priced but I thought it would last a little bit longer than 11 months.

Poor Quality and Poor Customer Service
The product worked fine for the first few months, then started having problems charging the device. After another few months the product will now not turn on. When I try to power it on, it turns on for about 2 seconds and shows what appears to be an error code E07. I have had no luck with customer support

My New Go-To Grill Buddy
I’ve been using this smart Bluetooth thermometer for just over a week now and it’s been a total game changer. The weather’s been perfect for grilling so I’ve been firing up the smoker or grill almost every day and this device has made the whole process way easier.Whether I’m smoking a brisket or grilling some burgers it’s super reliable. I love that it has different meat presets. It takes the guesswork out of getting things just right whether it’s beef chicken or even fish. The probes feel solid, handle the heat well and are easy to clean which I really appreciate. The wireless range is one of my favorite features. I can be inside or across the yard and still check the temps from my phone. The app lets me know when the food is ready so I’m not constantly running back and forth.Battery life is great too. It charges fast and lasts a long time. I’ve been using it almost daily and haven’t needed to recharge it yet.If you’re into grilling or smoking or just want perfectly cooked food every time this thermometer is totally worth it!

Garbage
The two probes read a 10 degree difference when inserted into the same piece of meat. It also needs to be charged after each use. It's always dead. I'm also not a fan that the entire probe needs to be inserted. This makes it useless when cooking anything besides a big piece of meat.Update: I went to use it for my third time (after letting it charge) and it's dead. Complete waste of money. It's in the trash.
