I purchased this kit for my Viture AR Glasses which get hot on the right side of the frame. After cleaning the plastic frame with some isopropyl alcohol, I attached one larger and two smaller heat sinks. So far they are holding great but not so much I could not remove the heat sink if necessary. The results were impressive. The glasses used to literally begin causing a minor burning sensation after about 30-45 minutes of use. Now the frame is much cooler and more comfortable. I am sure the product will last longer as well. The amount of weight added was negligible and you can literally feel the heat sinks working if you care to touch them with your hand. I plan on adding a few to the back of my Nvidia 3090 in the future. I also have a few other electronic products that would benefit from additional heat dissipation. These heat sinks are not very large, but they work great and I highly recommend them.
