Its an awesome phone!
Its an awesome phone!! The only thing I can complain about is the battery... But an external charger can solve it... I have to take 2 full charges to use it from 6.15 am to 9pm (

Sim 2 signal is quite poor! do not recommend if you depend on important phone calls in both phones!

Great phone, dual sim is a bonus for our international travelers
Why we cannot get dual sim phones in the U.S. Without jumping through hoops is beyond me but this phone is great

Buy with caution, confirm phone compatibility with your 2 SIMs first
I purchased this phone which at the time was described as "NEW HTC ONE 802W 32GB SILVER DUAL SIM FACTORY UNLOCKED 3G 2G (SIM 1 : 2G 850/900/1800/1900 & 3G 850/1900/2100 + SIM 2 : 2G ONLY)" The model advertised (802w) and the model delivered to me (802d) are different. On the site product says it works with GSM phones, but the second slot was for a CDMA phone so it does not work as a dual SIM for us, when I contacted the 3rd party seller (FGS), they insinuated that I did not know the product I wanted instead of trying to investigate my claim. They said I should return the item (no word about bearing the shipping cost) and implied that I should return the item but my refund may be less whatever restocking fees they incur. I contacted Amazon to intervene and it was then that the seller eventually mentioned that they would refund me for shipping costs only if the product was wrong. "Did you ship it already? You can ship it with USPS and we will refund your shipping cost if we sent the wrong item like you said" The only reason I did not return it was because my husband had already transferred all his information to the new phone and thought it would be too much trouble to return and have the phone replaced before he travelled abroad. The customer service from the 3rd part seller in my opinion was bad.

Its truly the king of android ! Flawless !!! Its totally an awsome dual sim phone to use and enjoy !
