P1 Lite Smart Home Gym , Adjustable Resistance Training Solution,4 Modes Cable Weight Machine , Digital Fitness Trainer Equipment with APP

I like this machine. I have had it a few weeks and I can pretty much get a half decent fully body workout with it. I have been working out for about 20 years on and off. The worst thing you can do that will stop your workout routine. Is when you miss multiple gym days in a row. This machine allows me to get my workouts in. When I dont have time to hit the gym. I dont have the wall mount. But im really thinking about getting it. Without it you can do a lot of workouts. You can buy a bench and set it on the machine and do chest. I bought a small chain and attached it to cables to help me reach the grips without pulling something. The only thing that could be a flaw on this machine is the cables do not seem very durable. This is speculation. They haven't broke on me yet. The machine is smooth and it actually fills like a cable machine at the gym. It doesn't feel like a bow flex or anything. I hated the Bow flex. The motion is smooth and the weight is consistent all the way through the lift. All and all. A pretty cool piece of equipment.

A great addition to the gym. The variable tension ( weights ) and the compactness is unbeatable. Comes with a wall mount and anchors- I am not going to use it. But should you want to use the anchors, the unit can be taken off easily too from the wall if needed. Too much of a hassle for me. You can leave it on the floor to use it for your work out. Push in handles allow the unit to be carried easily and the can be safely pushed in to give a trendy look. Now what I do not like is the finickiness of the app- it tends to lose connection frequently. But, when it does connect for a period of time-it shows the calories burnt, time your exercised along with weight data. **Good thing about all of these app complaints**--- you really don't need to use it . All controls are on the device itself. So no need to bother about it. It does integrate with Apple Fitness+. It comes with a set of suggested exercises, but I intend using my fitness+ for better feedback. For the cost of the product, the app certainly needs better attention and it is convoluted in my opinion. For the product-- 5 stars For the app-3 stars.

First impressions, item is solid. Does not feel like it was cheaply made. You will get a good workout for sure. Considering the price for other boards I think it is good value for the money. It comes with an app for guided work outs for easy use without the monthly fee. Lightweight and modern design.

The belt broke i dont know why, but for some reason happens, the quality may not too good
