**Q: Can taste sand in the end. Feels like eating sand. Did anyone has that experience?**
A: This is how it supposed to taste because of the ingredient called pippali.Fruits of this plant are slight yellow to orange in color and pungent in taste. Try to take it with honey instead of water it is more beneficial for respiratory health

Taking Sitopaladi Churn with Honey few times a day for at least week will clear your cough without any side effects. This churn is used in India for many years made from harmless herbs.Me and my wife took this churn with honey and it was very effective to remove cough.I would certainly recommend to any one rather than many overpriced over the counter other medicines
